Tech Reboot is your certified refurbished smart device store. We not only sell top-quality devices but recycle end-of-life gadgets to reduce e-waste too!


Throughout the years, many of our customers have asked really great questions about us as a business.


Here are a few of them! 


Q: Do you accept any other electronic products?

We offer payment for any of the devices listed in the selling tab.  We are constantly adding new devices to that list, keep checking our website for more info. Feel free to email us at support@techreboot.co and ask us if we will purchase a particular device you are looking to sell.


Q: Do you accept phones that do not have SIM card sockets?

Yes, we accept all sorts of devices. Check out our various categories to see what we're currently purchasing. We are constantly adding new items to the list! Feel free to email us and ask for certain items you may not see.


Q: Can I trust you with my device?

Yes, our organization is a registered business with the State of Florida.


Q: What types of devices do you buy? 

Many of the most popular smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles can be sold on our website. Please search for your device in the selling tab to see if Tech Reboot currently makes offers for it. 

If your device is not listed, we may not offer any payment for it at this time. However, check back often because we are adding new devices all the time!

Q: How do I send my device(s) to Tech Reboot? 

You will be sent a shipping label and a packing slip via email when you checkout on the website. We will email you a free shipping label and packing slip. Just box up your device (and the packing slip) securely; bubble wrap is recommended. Attach the shipping label to the outside of a box, preferably covering it with clear tape. Drop it off at any post office or shipping store. We'll handle the rest!

Please remember that Tech Reboot is not responsible for items damaged during shipping; take care to package it securely so you can receive the full value of your device.

Q: How long do I have to send my device(s) in?

Please send your device(s) within 14 days of your online order.

Orders over 14 days will expire.


Expired orders will need to be resubmitted. Simply log in to My Account and Add New Order and there is no need to re-input your details.


Q: How do I find out what model my device is?

Most models have a printed label on the back of the handset OR under the battery pack if the back comes off.

Go to the Settings icon on your device, and scroll down to About.


You are also able to match your model, by going through the gallery pictures on our website by the manufacturer.


Q: What if my device is not on the Tech Reboot website?

We have dedicated staff on updating our product range.

Sorry, but if it is not on our list we cannot offer money for your device.

Most pre-paid devices from supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. will not have a buyback price.


Q: What is the model series vs exact model name?

Phones have a Brand followed by a series of models and then the model name or number.


Example of SAMSUNG Brand and Series are:

Samsung Galaxy J | Samsung Galaxy S | Samsung Galaxy NOTE | Samsung Galaxy A

| Samsung Galaxy Mini | etc…


Other models that have Brand and Series:

You will always find the exact model number in [Settings],[About], on the back of the device, or under the battery.


Q: What if the phone or device is stolen?

Tech Reboot will only honor the buy-back price if you are the rightful owner.


If any product or products turn out to have been reported lost or stolen, Tech Reboot will not process payment or any compensation for the device(s).


We are required by law to hand in any product that is stolen to the legal owner or to the local police station.


Q: What if the condition of my device differs from what I selected?

If your device fails our testing (which differs from what you have stated), we will contact you by email.


You will be given the option to accept the adjusted price or have your device(s) returned.


There is no fee for the return of your product(s). If we haven’t heard from you after 3 days, we will continue to process the device at our tested price.
